Job Summary:
Responsible for line cooking, kitchen set up, pre-meal food prep work, food preparation, plating, maintaining a clean kitchen, and sanitation of storage and preparation areas. Weekends required.

Built and decorated in the style of the old lodges of the West, you can let nature take over and open your mind to focus on either business or pleasure. The outside world is as near or far as you need it to be. Spearfish Canyon Lodge is a 57 room lodge consisted with Premier rooms and many suites, full service lounge, and great room featuring a 40’ stone fireplace. The property also consists of a full service restaurant across the street name the Latchstring Restaurant. We are busy throughout the year with many corporate & group outings, bus tours, and many weddings. Our property also features Spearfish Canyon Adventures where we rent snowmobiles, UTV’s, SlingShots, fishing equipment, snowshoes, and much more.
